1) Is it safe to give my credit card information over the internet?
Yes. Your transactions with us are handled by PayPal (which has handled millions of secure transactions for ebay buyers and sellers), one of the most trusted names in internet commerce, over an SSL (encrypted secure sockets layer) connection. This means that all your information is kept secure throughout the transaction and can not be intercepted and used for any other purpose. PayPal, serving as our secure payment gateway, is the sole recepient of your credit information. They notify us of your payment but we never see your credit information.

2) What are your shipping and handling charges?
We charge a flat $4.95 shipping for all orders of $64.99 or less. Shipping is free for orders of $65.00 or more unless otherwise noted (rare). We're sorry, but at this time we can not accept orders from outside of the United States.

3) How quickly will my order ship out and what carrier will deliver it?
We normally ship out within 24 hours of order placement via the USPS or UPS depending upon weight and destination. We package all your purchases securely and professionally and label according to carrier guidelines for safe/fast delivery. Most orders within the continental United States will be delivered within 7-10 days (delivery times are often much faster, but this is the time parameters given by the carriers). We do our best to facilitate rapid deliveries because we know this is important to you.

4) If I order the product and for some reason I am disatisfied with it do you offer any product guarantees?

5) What is the procedure for returning items under this guarantee?
You will need to notify us of your return via e-mail at customercare@makershealth.com. In the e-mail please specify what you are returning and for what reason. We will also need a phone number where you can be reached from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST M-F. After we receive your e-mail we will reply with a return address and return authorization number to write on the outside of the package. As soon as we receive the product back and verify the contents we will issue a refund to your credit card. We do refund any shipping and handling charges we charged you, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do offer some recommended books and products through Amazon.com or other reputable suppliers. We have an affiliate relationship with these suppliers and you will pay exactly the same for these items through us as you would if you went directly to the suppliers web site. All of these orders will be shipped directly from Amazon.com, etc. and sales, shipping and returns will be subject to their policies. We just do the research and ask that you be so kind as to purchase using our links at no additional cost to you.

7) I was told by a friend that your products relieved her symptoms from a serious health disorder. Why don't you publicize these benefits more specifically?
We are limited in what we can say about our products benefits for specific health issues by the FDA. The FDA has stringent rules regarding health claims that require expensive and extensive testing. Prescription drug companies are able to afford these tests due to their deep pockets funded from outrageous drug prices. Natural health food companies are not as able to fund this research due to the fact they have to keep their prices reasonable since natural products are not covered by insurance plans. We are a law abiding company and will not make health claims outside of what the FDA approves of. However, we have experienced the wonderful health benefits of these products ourselves and feel you owe it to yourself to try them out and decide for yourself how beneficial they are in keeping you healthy and treating your specific health challenges.
